After my own journey through cancer, many people facing their own struggles asked how I stayed positive. That’s when I knew I had to create a space for inspiration, stories, and practical strategies to help others find purpose and healing.

As a teacher, I’ve always shared what I learn with my students, colleagues, and their families. My personal journey inspired me to bring wellness into the classroom, recognizing that the mind-body connection is key to learning. Through mindfulness, EFT, and healing breathwork, & yoga, teachers, students, and parents can:

5-Part Wellness Workshop Series 

 

My 5-Part Wellness Workshop Series is for those who, like me, were home or bed-bound during tough times. After spending months managing the effects of chemotherapy and radiation, I understood the mental and emotional battles that come with isolation and sleepless nights.

That experience inspired me to share tools for overcoming these struggles. The workshop led to a blog, a podcast, and further education in health and wellness. I began offering professional development for schools, creating online courses, and developing a private practice to help teachers, students, and families shift from overwhelm to a calmer, brighter life.
